Brian can now face crowds
Since being caught up in a crush occuring at a musical rave in Germany, Brian has been unable to
move out of his flat in East London without help from friends and family. His GP has confirmed there is
nothing physically wrong, the problem causing his legs to collapse is likely therefore, to be
psychosomatic, Using a mixture of hypnotherapy, cognitive therapy and Brian’s own passion, he has
overcome his fear, can face crowds and is back playing football on Sundays.
Teresa has put behind her a traumatic incident from childhood
Aged just 8 years old, Teresa was a rear seat passenger in her family car when it was involved in a
tragic accident, killing not just here parents but also her sister seated alongside her. Now 18 years old,
she describes her life as normal but the vivid memories of this family tragedy often return to haunt her at
night, resulting in Teresa failing to sleep and being late for work. Using embedded hypnosis imagery
techniques the impact of the images were greatly lessoned and Teresa has a much better sleep pattern.
Teresa has always stressed the desire to retain a clear recollection of the tragedy, despite its horrific
outcome, but the memories are now much more manageable.
